bd658 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with bd658. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where bd658 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit or create derivative works from any bd658 content without the express written consent of bd658.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd658 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for:
